The Emporia State women’s soccer team continues rolling as the season progresses. Since the loss to Regis, the team has rattled off four straight wins, including their last win over Fort Hays State. A three-goal second half would power the Hornets to get the win and bring their record to 6-3.

The first half of the match would see both teams trade goals until the final minute of the half, with the Hornets starting the scoring early. Within the first five minutes of the match, sophomore Megan Kephart opened the scoring with freshman Ella Favot assisting. After the first goal, it would slow down until the 39-minute mark when Fort Hays got on the board.
