A manufacturing firm has been fined a quarter of a million pounds after a grandad was struck and killed by a reversing HGV in Birmingham .

David Saint - described by his daughter as her 'everything' - worked as an engineering manager at the sister site of Northwood Consumer Limited.

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) said the 61-year-old was walking across a service road at Electra Park in Electric Avenue, Witton, when the vehicle collided with him on October 19, 2023.
