Mark Sanchez’s life has turned upside-down due to his own actions.

The former NFL quarterback and current FOX Sports analyst has been charged in connection with an altercation between him and a 69-year-old truck driver in Indianapolis. He was originally charged with battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and public intoxication.

After an investigation and speaking to witnesses, his charges have since been upgraded to a felony battery charge.

Sanchez was stabbed multiple times by a 69-year-old truck driver named Perry Tole. He is quite lucky to still be alive. The incident occurred in apparent self-defense, which is why the former NFL quarterback was arrested while he was in the hospital.
