The woman killed when the vehicle she was driving collided with a truck Saturday was a 19-year-old from Harlan, the Allen County Coroner's Officer disclosed today.

Emma Grace Barnett was pronounced dead on the scene of the early morning crash in the 14300 block of State Road 37 in New Haven. The coroner's staff determined the cause of Barnett's death was multiple blunt force injuries due to a motor vehicle versus a semi-tractor trailer crash.

Notifications have been made to her next of kin, a news release said.

The county has now had 35 traffic fatalities this year.

The collision occurred just after 5:35 a.m. Saturday, west of Barnett Road.
