A New Jersey school district has rescinded a principal’s job offer after he was accused in a lawsuit of making discriminatory remarks toward a gay Jewish administrator .
Daniel Finkle , who previously served as principal of Cherry Hill High School East, stepped down from that role this summer, telling families he had accepted another job at a different New Jersey high school.
That school was later identified as Hightstown High School in the East Windsor Regional School District in Mercer County, where his hiring was approved earlier this fall, according to district records.
