(WJW) – LeBron James’ “decision of all decisions” turned out to be an advertisement campaign.
The basketball star announced a partnership with Hennessy on Tuesday, just one day after posting a mysterious video on social media teasing a "second decision."
The reference to a "decision" appears to be a nod to a 2010 ESPN TV special in which James announced he would be leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers to play for the Miami Heat. In the video he shared Monday, James was seen sitting in a chair on a basketball court, much like he had in the 2010 special. He was also sporting a similar shirt.
"This fall, I'm going to be taking my talents to Hennessy VSOP," James said in a video posted by Hennessy.
