AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The Maverick Boys & Girls Club of Amarillo is in recruiting volunteers for its Bus Buddies program.

As a Bus Buddy, you will help welcome Maverick members as they arrive after school with smiles, high-fives and words of encouragement.

The organization says these actions help make a big impact. Being a Bus Buddy is a meaningful way to give back, connect with the kids in the community and build a wall of positivity for all youth.
