ROCHESTER, Minn. — The 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) report for Olmsted County has been released, highlighting ongoing health priorities and introducing new ones. The report identifies mental health , access to care , and food security as the top issues affecting the community's health. Mental health and access to care have been persistent priorities since the 2022 CHNA. Food security, newly recognized in 2025, emphasizes the need for consistent access to nutritious food.
