SALT LAKE CITY — Residents of a Salt Lake CIty apartment complex have been displaced following a fire on Tuesday near the intersection of 1620 South 700 West.

According to the Salt Lake City Fire Department, a call was received at 10:25 a.m. stating that the fire was located at a home that had been converted into apartments.

An estimated 30 firefighters responded to the scene, with the fire creating a great deal of smoke due to it being located in a large structure.

No one was injured in the fire, and the American Red Cross is assisting the ten residents who have been displaced.
