CLEVELAND, Ohio - The city of Cleveland is appealing the September ruling from the Ohio Department of Transportation to permit the Cleveland Browns proposed stadium in Brook Park to be built as designed so close to Hopkins International Airport.

At issue is the height of the stadium, which is to rise 221 feet above ground.
