New Delhi: Amir Khan Muttaqi, Taliban government’s foreign minister, is set to visit India in October. To recall, he earlier met with the Taliban’s supreme leader Hibatullah Akhundzada. During the meeting, Akhundzada gave Muttaqi special instructions regarding his visit to India, which is being seen as the basis for Taliban-India relations.
