This is a crazy year to be writing about smart rings . Normally, we call rings in, test them, and write about them. But Finnish ring manufacturer Oura has jumped so far ahead of the pack that it's scarcely fair to put them in the same category anymore. Last year's Oura Ring 4 was such an unmitigated success that out of 5.5 million Oura rings sold since its inception in 2013, nearly half of them were sold in the past year.
