OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - A Tamassee man was arrested Monday on drug and fake urine possession charges.
38-year-old William Ed Orr was arrested Monday morning and charged with possession of adulterants and drug trafficking.
While serving a warrant near Westminster, Oconee County deputies found a woman sitting in the lap of the driver, identified as Orr, in a pickup truck.
Later, deputies said they spotted the same truck parked on Sarah Drive, where they observed a clear bag containing marijuana and meth, as well as a fake urine sample.
Deputies seized 19.6 grams of meth and 8 grams of marijuana.
Orr was given a $38,615 bond and remains in jail.
