A man was clinging to life Tuesday afternoon after being stabbed at the Jay St.-MetroTech subway station in downtown Brooklyn, cops said.
Police rushed to the scene around 3:07 p.m., where they found the unidentified victim unconscious and unresponsive with stab wounds near Lawrence Ave. and Willoughby St .
EMS transported him to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Brooklyn Methodist, where he was in critical condition.
The suspect — described as wearing yellow shoes, black pants with yellow striping, and a dark shirt, according to police sources — fled, and no arrest has been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
