CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - CHN Housing Partners is breaking ground on its newest development, Parkside East, which is spread across three Cleveland neighborhoods: Buckeye-Shaker, Glenville, and Hough.

Jennifer Chandler, CHN’s director of real estate development, says the 22.2 million dollar investment will provide 55 families with a home, with the property ready for move-ins by 2026.

“We could never build enough of these homes for the need that’s out there. We consistently have a 98 percent occupancy program. Not a lot of turnover,” said Chandler.

Just last month, the non-profit opened up Hope Homes, another 30-home development on the city’s east side.
