Tuesday's episode of Big Brother was absolutely rammed with drama, from the series' first round of Diary Room nominations to Richard having to conduct his nominations face to face. ‌

Towards the end of the show , viewers witnessed the housemates getting involved in a game of spin the bottle while enjoying a few drinks, but the game quickly took a nasty turn. ‌

Caroline asked Zelah what he'd do if he "had a c***", leaving the group completely shocked. Zelah awkwardly laughed off the remark and the housemates pushed for the next spin to happen. ‌
