NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio – After weeks of concern over unclear ballot language, North Ridgeville City Council passed a resolution Monday assuring voters that if they approve a proposed 0.75% income tax increase on Nov. 4, a 1% commuter tax credit is guaranteed to follow.
