STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Nearly two weeks after Wagner College confirmed an internal investigation into allegations against its men’s basketball head coach , the school has not released its 2025-26 men’s basketball roster or non-conference schedule.

Coach Donald Copeland, in his fourth season on Grymes Hill, was also reportedly suspended as the school looks into accusations from current and former players.

Among the allegations are that his language and coaching tactics caused players “distress” and that he denied them water breaks during summer practices.

Following the player complaints, the school said it “takes student health and well-being seriously. Upon learning of these allegations, we moved quickly to review them. As we continue to do so, we will not comment further on this matt
