The City of Dallas is exploring two different housing concepts to address homelessness: temporary Pallet shelters and permanent tiny homes.

The 70–120 sq ft temporary Pallet homes are designed to house individuals who refuse to go to a congregate shelter.

Separately, Our Calling is opening a privately-funded tiny home community in Ellis County to house chronically ill or disabled individuals.
