LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A major road in Jeffersontown, Kentucky is closed Tuesday afternoon after a collapse caused by flooding.
The City of Jeffersontown posted just after 4 p.m. photos of the collapse on one lane of Plantside Drive.

By the time WLKY NewsChopper got to the scene around 5 p.m., the entire roadway had collapsed.
Officials said the collapse was caused by flooding in the area.
Plantside Drive is closed between Bunsen Way and Carton Drive.
Crews are on the scene securing the area.
