MOSS POINT, Miss. (WLOX) - On Tuesday, the city of Moss Point took on Day 3 of Cruisin’ the Coast as the downtown area turned into a large block party, marking the 10th annual Cruisin’ the River City.

Not all cruisers converging on the Coast can say it’s been a tradition since 1997, but for Vancleave resident Bea Harrison, it’s a statement she’s proud to make.

Harrison was there with a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Super SS that her husband and grandson built. She said having the vehicle on display keeps those old memories alive.

“It was fun sometimes, and sometimes I had to get out of the way because I didn’t know what was about to happen, cause it’s kinda stressful sometimes and there’s a lot of tedious work that goes into one of these, but it’s so well worth it,” she said.
