CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A one-stop shop with community resources is returning to Cape Girardeau this Friday.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Shawnee Park Center, you can meet with organizations offering employment and medical resources--all completely free.

Organizers say this is not just for families in Cape, but the surrounding areas as well.

It is being put on by the Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri.

“Everybody’s hopefully going to walk away with something that day that is beneficial to them moving forward,” said Calvin Garner, with the organization.

He said around 56 different providers will be donating their time for this event. You can get resources like a haircut, your birth certificate and medical needs looked at.
