Denise Richards is seeking a permanent restraining order against estranged husband Aaron Phypers , whom she testified Tuesday has “almost killed” her “so many damn times.”

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum-turned-OnlyFans star told the Los Angeles Superior Court that Phypers has caused her “at least three concussions” over the course of their relationship, People reports.

Some of the alleged abuse took place days after Richards underwent a tummy tuck and got her implants repaired, after which she alleged Phypers was “hitting me and jamming me into the toilet paper holder,” according to Us Weekly.
