BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WKRG) — Two Bay Minette teens were honored by the Bay Minette City Council for their part in rescuing a man and rendering aid following a boat crash in August, a City of Bay Minette news release said.
The City Council, during a recent meeting, honored Hunter Robertson and Devon Pfeffer for their "quick-thinking actions" on Aug. 16.
According to the release, Hunter and Devon were fishing on the Tensaw River when they became aware of a nearby boat crash that had resulted in a family of three being thrown into the water, including a two-year-old child.
