Fabien Frankel has done it again, following up his House of the Dragon villain role with a similar character in HBO's Task . Of course, on paper, these two series are about as different as they can be. One is a fantasy while the other is a crime drama, and the only thing they seem to have in common is HBO and the name Fabien Frankel on their cast lists.

Frankel rose to fame playing Ser Criston Cole in House of the Dragon , a character who we all love to hate. He'll return to the fantasy series for season 3, but, in the meantime, Frankel has begun appearing in other projects. Most notable is HBO's Task , which also stars Mark Ruffalo and Tom Pelphrey . Frankel plays a character named Anthony Grusso, a detective who, at least at first, was quite likable.
