Florida man allegedly threatened teens with gun on Intracoastal

A day on the water ended in a trip to the Volusia County Jail for a local man after police say he threatened a group of teenagers with a gun.

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. - A 43-year-old Florida man was arrested and booked into jail, accused of pointing a gun at several kids and threatening to shoot them because they allegedly were creating waves near his boat, according to the New Smyrna Beach Police Department.

The alleged incident happened on Oct. 4 on the Intracoastal Waterway in New Smyrna Beach.
