ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The community came out in large numbers Tuesday night to support the family who lost their children and loved ones in a fire at 23 Twiller St. Over 100 people showed up to the candlelight vigil and memorial on the sidewalk in front of the home.

“As we light these candles, we do so for each life that was taken from us too soon. Each flame represents love. Love that endures beyond this life. We do so not only in remembrance but in hope. Hope that the light shines in the darkness,” said Deacon Paul of Saint John’s Episcopal in Troy.
