The Children’s Safety Village of Belleville is thrilled to host its annual Halloween in the Village celebration on Friday, October 31, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 129 South John Street.

This free, family-friendly event invites families to enjoy an evening of fun, laughter, and safe trick-or-treating right in the heart of the Village. The site will be transformed with festive Halloween decorations and special surprises around every corner. Families can enjoy free chili as well as cotton candy, thanks to the generosity of community supporters and volunteers.
