A list of 188 medical conditions that drivers need to report to the DVLA has been revealed. The UK's Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency has published a full list of health conditions on its website, urging motorists to check whether their ability to drive might be affected. ‌

The DVLA issued guidance for medical practitioners following the announcement. They said: "Use the medical notification form when patients cannot or will not notify the DVLA themselves. ‌

"This form is only for patients living in England, Scotland or Wales who hold a driving licence issued by the DVLA. Fill in all parts of the form in relation to the medical condition of your patient.
