The JDS had earlier accused Karnataka deputy CM DK Shivakumar of orchestrating the closure of the popular reality show Bigg Boss Kannada.

The show was halted after Jollywood Studios was sealed and its electricity and water were cut. After the shutdown, an old remark made by Shivakumar resurfaced on social media.

JDS shared the video and said that Shivakumar was taking revenge against the film industry and labelled him a “nut-bold minister”.
