Mohali (Punjab), October 8, 2025: Fortis Hospital, Mohali, has officially confirmed the untimely demise of renowned Punjabi singer Rajir Jawanda, who passed away at 10:55 AM today.

The singer was admitted to the hospital on September 27, 2025, in an extremely critical condition following a severe road accident near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, which resulted in significant spinal injuries and brain trauma. Despite continuous monitoring and comprehensive care provided by the hospital’s Critical Care and Neurosurgery teams, he succumbed to multiple organ failure.
