A list of capital project nomination heads is to be presented to the Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly on Oct. 23 for public comment and consideration.
The list includes 96 projects nominated by members of the public, organizations, the school district and local government as part of the biennial Capital Improvement Program update.
The Assembly Finance Committee had the opportunity to amend the list, along with a review of projects that were recommended or those that were left off the list. The list is limited to borough-owned assets, including school buildings, parks, recreational facilities, and buildings.
