The Toronto Blue Jays had a first-round bye in the playoffs, so former Yankees star Alex Rodriguez has one big question heading into Game 4 against the Yankees .

The Blue Jays are down several starters with Max Scherzer and Chris Bassitt both unavailable for the postseason, so they are turning to Louis Varland to start Game 4 against Yankees rookie Cam Schlittler , who is coming off a brilliant performance against the Boston Red Sox in the Wild Card series.
On the face of it, the Yankees would appear to be in a better situation heading into the game.
Varland, of course,
