Chelsea police looking for driver who hit child riding bicycle to school

CHELSEA, MI - Chelsea police are asking for information about a driver believed to have struck a child on a bicycle.

A boy was riding his bicycle to school between 7:30 and 7:40 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 7 when a car struck him while he was in the 100 block of West Middle Street, according to a release from the Chelsea Police Department.
