MINNEAPOLIS — Dr. Gianrico Farrugia, Mayo Clinic’s president and CEO, says adaptability and aligned values drive the health system’s staff recruitment and retention.
“We’re 40% larger than the second-largest employer in Minnesota,” said Farrugia, referencing Mayo Clinic’s 51,000 Minnesota-based workers, “and we’re growing at the fastest rate.”
