Seattle’s Lake Union waterfront continues to attract investors seeking a foothold on one of the city’s most visible water bodies. The latest opportunity comes in the form of Lake Union Landing, a 2.62-acre marina property at 2309 North Northlake Way that has been listed for $12.6 million, or roughly $110 per square foot, by Kidder Mathews. King County public records show the current owner is a Federal Way-based entity.
