In a significant step toward modernizing governance and enhancing the skills of state officials, the Government of Nagaland on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Capacity Building Commission and Karmayogi Bharat to implement the Mission Karmayogi initiative in the state.
