UNION CITY, Ga. — A man is accused of drag racing on a Fulton County highway, resulting in a deadly crash back in February.

Arrest warrants from Fulton County state that the driver, Justin Alexzander Conner, was traveling along State Route 14 eastbound at the time of the collision on February 7, 2025, at around 7:22 p.m.

According to warrants, Conner was driving a black 2010 Ford Crown Victoria when his car collided with the rear end of another vehicle, causing it to overturn. The driver and passenger in the other vehicle sustained multiple injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
