GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Former Gator and the Titans’ rookie Chimere Dike followed up a come-from-behind victory Sunday by being named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week Wednesday.

Dike led the NFL with an average of 34.0 yards per kickoff return in the fifth week of the season and with two of the top-five longest kickoff returns this season including a week five long of 65 yards.

The fourth-round selection in the 2025 NFL draft can be electric with the ball in his hands, and he has played a major role in the Titans turning around their special teams in 2025. An all-purpose machine, he leads the NFL with 783 all-purpose yards on the season.

The Titans take on Las Vegas on Sunday next.
