(KRON) -- A driver in San Mateo who rammed into another driver’s vehicle multiple times because the victim had their high beam lights on was sentenced Tuesday for assault with a deadly weapon.

Frank Falcone, 62, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, was sentenced to 90 days of county jail, 32 hours of anger management and two years of supervised probation for the January 12 incident, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

Falcone had been driving on Pacific Boulevard at 3:49 a.m. when he approached another driver in the opposing lane who had his high beam lights on, the San Mateo Police Department said. Authorities said this upset Falcone because of the intense brightness and “potential radiation.”
