WARREN A Warren man is facing charges after police say he left a teen and an infant in a home by themselves while he was using drugs.

According to a police report, officers were called to a home on the 2600 block of Somerset Street in Warren shortly before 12:30 a.m. Tuesday for a report of the father of children possibly overdosing in the driveway.

Police say the father, identified as 35-year-old Michael Hover was at the house watching the children while his girlfriend was at work. According to the report, Hover went into his car while under the influence of drugs to call his mother in Florida.

Police spoke with Hover's mother, who told officers she was concerned that he was up as late as he was, noting that he sounded high. At one point during the call, police say Hover stopped t
