The “9-1-1” universe has expanded again, and this time the procedural drama is headed to Nashville.

Since the original “9-1-1” — which was created by Ryan Murphy with “Glee” collaborator Brad Falchuk and “American Horror Story” executive producer Tim Minear — debuted in 2018, the show has built a dedicated fan base eager to see how the emergency responders continue to tackle life-threatening cases. The show achieved so much success that a spinoff, “9-1-1: Lone Star,” starring Rob Lowe, arrived in 2020 and aired for five seasons before it concluded in February.
