PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Amid several proposals to open new locations in and around the Rose City, In-N-Out Burger has bought a local warehouse.
Cushman & Wakefield revealed on Monday that the California-founded fast food joint purchased a 71,600-square-foot site within Portland Portal III. According to the real estate firm, the Gresham building found on 18205-18365 NE Sandy Blvd. measures at about 145,096 square feet overall — and was only recently constructed by Panattoni Development Company in May 2024.
