PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Court documents have revealed new information after police said a Vancouver teen strangled a woman to death.
Early Sunday, the Clark County Sheriff's Office said they had arrested a 17-year-old after witnesses said she attacked and strangled a woman.
According to a probable cause affidavit, detectives responded to the home at 4204 Northeast 54th Avenue, where a witness reported that their friend, Chantal Trotter, was on the ground not breathing.
The witnesses said that they had been at Trotter's house for a "girls' night," and they were having drinks before cleaning the home, but needed cleaning supplies.
Trotter called her son's girlfriend and asked her to bring some over, and eventually she showed up with two of her friends, but no cleaning supplies, document
