The 2025 New Jersey football season continues and the playoffs are around the corner — if can believe it.

We’re already heading into Week 6 of the season and schedule this weekend is stacked. There are premier matchup around the state, and NJ.com will be on hand for two of the biggest ones this weekend.

On Friday, No. 9 Red Bank Catholic travels to take on Rumson-Fair Haven in one of the top Shore Conference games so far this season.

And then on Saturday, No. 10 Phillipsburg travels to No. 16 St. Joseph (Met.) in arguably the biggest matchup in the Big Central Conference so far.
