MASONTOWN, W.V. (WJW) - A 19-year-old fugitive accused of killing another man in Cleveland earlier this year was arrested in West Virginia on Wednesday afternoon, investigators said.

According to U.S. Marshals, the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Waymon Donat in Masontown. He was wanted for aggravated murder by the Cleveland Division of Police.

Cleveland officers responded after a vehicle crashed into a utility pole in the area of E. 55th Street and Cedar Avenue on April 5.

When they got there, officers found a driver with gunshot wounds to the head and neck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators also found bullet holes in the driver side door.
