TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Arizona Senators Mark Kelly and Ruben Gallego confronted House Speaker Mike Johnson over the delay in getting Representative-elect Adelita Grijalva sworn into office.

During the encounter, Speaker Johnson blamed the delay on the shutdown, and blamed the shutdown, on the democratic party.
