Charges dropped against former school employee in courthouse case

BOSTON —

Charges have been dropped against a former Belmont Public Schools employee.

Jeremy Evans was accused last year of performing a lewd act inside federal court in Boston.

But according to court paperwork provided by Evans, the charge was dismissed because of an error by a court clerk and his record was expunged.
