CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) -- Three people are facing charges in connection with a recent string of car break-ins and thefts in West Ashley, according to the Charleston Police Department.
20-year-old Caleb Thomas Reser, 18-year-old Cherry Josephine Foy, and an unnamed 17-year-old male were arrested following a weeks-long investigation that began in September.
Officers responded to the Grand Oaks neighborhood in the overnight hours of September 11 after several callers reported a heavily damaged vehicle was being driven through the neighborhood, according to police.
