A Republican former Indiana governor and a Democratic former Chicago mayor will be the initial guests on a new television program that aims to get people with different political perspectives listening and talking to each other instead of yelling at each other.

Vice President Mike Pence and Ambassador Rahm Emanuel will discuss their views on the top issues facing the country during the series premiere of Ceasefire , which airs at 6 p.m. Friday on C-SPAN, with replays at 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
